Please read and accept the release & waiver. By submitting my request to be a guest on The Gifted Life Podcast, I, the above named, if chosen to be a guest, do hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of my voice and performance as part of the media program entitled The Gifted Life Podcast. I do hereby acknowledge that The Gifted Life Podcast is the sole owner of all rights in and to The Gifted Life Podcast, and the recording(s) thereof, for all purposes; and that The Gifted Life Podcast has the unfettered right, among other things, to use, exploit and distribute The Gifted Life Podcast, and my performance as embodied therein, together with my name, biographical sketch, photograph or likeness (including, without limitation, any photographs or other material provided to The Gifted Life Podcast by me), in any and all media or formats, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Any materials prepared in the course of the production and distribution of The Gifted Life Podcast become property of The Gifted Life Podcast, and The Gifted Life Podcast shall have the sole and exclusive right to use, exploit and distribute such Materials, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Nothing contained in this Podcast Release & Waiver shall be construed to obligate The Gifted Life Podcast to use or exploit any of the rights granted or acquired by The Gifted Life Podcast, or to make, sell, license, distribute or otherwise exploit the Program or Materials whatsoever. I understand and agree that I shall receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in The Gifted Life Podcast. Furthermore, I will commit to sharing/promoting the podcast episode I am featured on through my social media channels. My name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with The Gifted Life Podcast, and in advertising and promotional material for the Program, but not as an endorsement of any product or service. I hereby release and discharge The Gifted Life Podcast from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production. By submitting this request to be a guest and accepting this waiver, I agree that The Gifted Life Podcast retains the right to refuse the requester's submission to be a Guest on The Gifted Life Podcast.
